“Judgment of Horus" is the soldier reform project conducted by Karsten Republic. The secret organization “Eye of Horus" performs experiments on volunteers or criminals; in the experiment, test subjects are injected with the “Blood of Horus" which is extracted from blue crystals. Most subjects cannot survive and succumb to the intense mana within blue crystals but the few who survive are dyed by mana, resulting in an uncanny hue in their skin as they become “Talons" who carry the blood of god.
“Talons" boast mana-boosted enhanced physiques and supernatural agility. The price for these powers is a chance of losing their mind or going berserk, a condition known as “Wrath of the Falcon God". This can lead to the death of brethren if it occurs within camp but on the battle field, it can be used for unimaginable destruction.
